In this study, we describe a patient with a history of multiple malignancies, presenting with a lower extremity angiosarcoma on the background of lym-phedema, who was subsequently diagnosed with metastatic ileal loop angiosarcoma 5 months later. She underwent total cystectomy and urostomy with ileal loop urinary diversion in addition to total hysterectomy with bilat-eral salpingo-oophorectomy and mastectomy. The uterine neoplasm was considered to be the result of radiation therapy for bladder cancer. Residual left lower extremity edema secondary to iliac node dissec-tion was present, and in time, dermatitis-like lesion
