Method: A panel of six single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) was selected to represent genome-wide significant loci from three recent genome-wide associa-tion studies (GWAS) for schizophrenia and was tested for association with cognitive measures in 346 patients with schizophre-nia and 2,342 healthy comparison sub-jects.
