IN recent years increasing evidence has been obtained of an abnormal re-sistance to aqueous outflow in eyes affected with chronic simple glaucoma; it now appears essential to determine to what extent this may be attributable to structural changes and at which particular site or sites in the drainage area the impediment is located.
