Knee ligaments calcifi cation is a rare clinical entity. Pellgrini 1 was the fi rst to describe in 1905 ossifi cation of medial col-lateral ligament (MCL) and Stieda 2 in 1908 reported a case series of fi ve patients. Fonda 3 reported a case of calcifi ed posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) along with osteochon-dritis dessicans of the lateral femoral condyle in 1955. No case of isolated PCL calcifi cation has been reported in the literature so far. We report the clinical presentation, treat-ment and clinical outcome of our patient. Our patient was informed that data concerning the case would be submit-ted for publication.
