Endovascular Repair of Traumatic Superior Mesenteric Artery to Splenic Vein Fistula

Case Report A 24-year-old female with unknown medical history presented with hemodynamic instability after sus-taining a single gunshot penetrating injury to the abdomen. The entrance wound was in the left upper quadrant and the exit was in the right lower quad-rant. At emergent exploratory laparotomy, she was noted to have 2.5 liters of intraperitoneal blood and enteric content. She had gastric, duodenal, pancre-atic, colonic, and right kidney lacerations.
