Although historically it was thought that anthros-copy of the elbow was too dangerous to be of clinical use4, an evolution in techniques and equipment, espe-cially over the past decade, has proved it to be an acceptable alternative for the treatment of many!e-sions about that joint6’’8. This lecture discusses the arthroscopieal!y pertinent anatomy of the elbow, the operating-room setup, the development of the portals, the operative technique, and the indications for and complications of elbow arthroseopy.
