Economic aspects of captopril treatment We read with interest the cost-effectiveness analysis of captopril therapy for survivors of myocardial infarction by Michel and colleagues''1 and the accompanying editorial by Davie and McMurray'21. Michel and co-workers ' analysis was based on survival data from the Survival and Ventricular Enlargement (SAVE) trial'31.
