This is a summary report of a feasibility study conducted by the North Valley Task Force to determine the need for a new community college campus in the North Valley area. This study investigated the following areas: (1) the demographic features of North Valley; (2) existing educational programs; (3) enrollment patterns; (4) educational needs, and (5) potential sites. Tables and charts and analyses of information gathered are provided in this report. The task force recommended the establishment of the community college, its location, and the special needs it should address. A lengthy bibliography is provided. (SW) rN
