To promote the holistic development of university students, a course entitled “Tomorrow’s Leaders ” was developed and offered at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Based on a case study approach, reflective journals of five outstanding students of the course are presented and analyzed (i.e., thick description), with several themes emerging from the reflection.
