Abstract- Nowadays a process of convergence is developing i n Europe to create the “European university education common area”. One of the main objective of this process is that all European countries involved in this process adopt a common Credit System called ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). ECTS credits represent in one hand the entire time needed by an average student to prepare a course, and in the other give information about the educational programs through the so called Teaching Guides.
