Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBL) is a rare subtype of extranodal large B-cell lymphoma in which the neoplastic cells proliferate exclusively in the lumina of small vessels. The lesion may involve several organs or tissues, including the central nervous system, skin, heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, adrenal glands, uterus, pros-tate, and bone marrow.1-4 Various symptoms may occur in patients, such as fever, progressively decreasing level of consciousness, vertigo, paraplegia, seizures, muscle weakness, erythematous and tender skin nodules, dys-pnea, hepatomegaly, spleenomegaly, nephritic syndrome, anemia, and elevated serum lactate dehydrogenase.
