Harassment Response Protocol. The Protocol was written by PAVSA.

PAVSA is a nonprofit agency that was established for the support of victims of sexual assault. PAVSA's mission is to provide crisis intervention, support, advocacy, and education to individuals affected by sexual violence. The Protocol consists of several components: I. A detailed hierarchy of steps that prescribe actions to be taken in response to incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment. II. Administrative Responsibility Checklist A. Comprehensive Incident Assessment to determine the steps to follow and to contact appropriate services and administrators. B. Documentation a. Sexual Harassment Rubric, which defines levels of severity of sexual harassment incidents. b. Response Team Follow Up form, to provide services to the victim as well as follow up to the perpetrator. PAVSA provided intensive training about sexual assault and sexual harassment and the use of the Protocol with staff, students, and parents.
