The study aimed to identify the impact of creativity on learning organization, the reasons and obstacles that prevent the ability of Arabian organizations to manage creativity for the employees and the role of creativity and connecting it with the process of organizational leaning through the change environment. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire has been developed and distributed on (100) employees working at Zain communication company.
