Human Rights and the environmental protection law are two, separately created and evolved systems. It was not earlier than the end of the twentieth century when the linkages between these two concepts started to be developed. The obvious correlation between the conditions of the life of a person and the environment in which this person lives has long waited to be discovered and reflected in a normative form.
