The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between employee socialization and organization commitment. The study also aimed at assessing the mediating effect of role ambiguity and role conflict on the relationship between employee socialization and organization commitment in a large telecommunication organization located in Jordan. A survey was administered to 300 employees, and 256 questionnaires were returned and usable for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, correlations and regression analyses were used to test the hypotheses.
