This study aimed to identify the important obstacles of educational supervision from the point of view of the teachers working in the schools of the ministry of education in Karak governate, the researcher used the descriptive method because of its convenience with the nature of the study, the study sample was consisted of the teachers working in the schools of the ministry of education in Karak governate, descriptive statistic was used plus t test. The results of the study showed that there are obstacles in the five fields of the educational supervision; also it showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the obstacles facing educational supervision in schools of the ministry of education in Karak governate that are attributed gender variable
