Abstract — The objective of this work is to report a comparative study of effect of welding process parameters on mechanical properties of resistance spot welds made on ASS 304 and ASS 202 stainless steel sheets. The process input parameters include welding current, electrode force and welding time, to determine their effect on the weld strength quality characteristics (tensile strength and hardness).
