Gjergj Fishta is one of the most important writers of Albanian literature. He holds a central place in the Albanian literary system. Until 1990s, his work was censured creating a typical reception model in our literature at the time; that is the critical ideological reception. The critical reception of Fishta’s work during (1944 – 1990) presents a typical phenomena of a malfunctioning of the scheme of communication and circulation of the artistic value.
