Abstract—This article uses empirical research to analyze four types of organizational culture on organizational performance, the results show that: adhocracy culture and market culture have a positive impact on financial performance and market performance, clan culture and hierarchy culture have a negative impact on financial performance and market performance, And adhocracy and market had greater impact on organizational performance.
