Knowledge management in the field of human resource means employee empowerment and equivalent to the concept of human resource development. In this study we tested the hypothesis that the result be based on the empowerment of knowledge management processes and in this context, we have special attention to personal knowledge workers within organizations by creating, acquiring and sharing. This research has been conducted on Iran Air Tour airline that is a professional organization and empowerment of human resources and knowledge management plays a crucial role for the success and progress of the company. This research in terms of objective is practical and in terms of methods is survey method. To test the hypothesis, the information is randomly gathered by 73 questionnaires that include the opinion of managers and employees. The results indicate that there is a positive relationship between process of knowledge management and human resource empowerment
