The spectrum and production mechanism of baryoniums with a pair of junction and antijunction lines are studied by dual topological unitarization as the basis. It is suggested that there are three parallel M, trajectories with the same topology and the spacing among them is about 0.5, reflecting the difference of the intercepts between input unnatural and natural parity baryon trajectories. A possible interpretation is given on narrow NN widths of some empirical peaks, by introducing the properties of a qq-system on the spin and space symmetry. It is also shown that the forward production of M, baryoniums in conventional meson-baryon scattering is dominated by the exchange of Mo and M, baryoniums. An attempt is made at spin-parity assignment...
