tuberculosis is an extremely rare condition when presenting in the uterine or cervical location. Although the final diagnosis is made by histology, sonographic findings, including a hyper-trophic shape, in conjunction with medical history and clinical manifestations, generally narrow the diagnosis. The different differential diagnoses include other tissue masses of the uterine cervix, particularly cervical cancer. Sonographic findings of cervical tuberculosis have rarely been reported in the literature.
