• Objective: To determine if low-dose involved field radiation after complete remission induction with chemo-tnerapy is effective in preventing relapse and improving survival in patients with stage III or IV Modgkin disease. • Design: A randomized controlled trial with a median follow-up time of 8.1 years. • Setting: A Southwest Oncology Group multi-institutional study.
