these large abdominal glomus tumors with obvious deep location was not supported in this study. We present a case of a patient with a large glomus tumor in a very unusual site. Case Report A 74-year-old woman was presented with a long his-tory of abdominal pain and altered bowel habit. On physical examination, a large mass was palpated in the lower abdomen with an estimated size of 15 to 20 cm. A computed tomographic scan revealed a large hypervascular tumor in the lower abdomen with a fluid collection attached to the right abdomi-nal wall and with involvement of the umbilicus.
