Utah State University has developed an air bearing table to simulate the attitude dynamics of a small satellite. The Small Satellite Attitude Control Simulator (SSACS) table includes attitude sensors, a control computer, movable mass units and gas jet thrusters. This paper describes the design of the SSACS table and provides preliminary experimental results from 3 axis control tests. 1
