The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that as many as 2 million new infections in Sub-Saharan Africa can be averted in the next 10 years through scale-up of safe, high-quality MC services [7]. times higher among uncircumcised men than among cir-cumcised men ages 15–64 (16.9 % vs. 3.1%) [8].
