Ileal perforation peritonitis is a frequently encountered surgical emergency in the developing countries.The choice of a procedure for source control depends on the patient condition as well as the surgeon preference.Material andMethods.This was a prospective observational study including 41 patients presenting with perforation peritonitis due to ileal perforation and managed with ileostomy.
