ABSTRACT: The usages of satellite images are intruding many fields of geoinformatics researches and applications. Image registration and image mosaic are the first step of integration of images. However, sensing sensors ’ interior/exterior orientations errors are corrected by the sensor technology; some geometric errors are propagated to image products based on transformation models and earth surface terrain. The study will be investigated the geometric errors on satellite images using transformation models: 3D projective model, separated 3D projective model and 3D affine model.
