SBV transmission occurs through midge vectors and in-fection is mostly sub-clinical in adult animals [1]. The virus infections in pregnant domestic ruminants were quently, congenital musculoskeletal and neural malfor-mations observed in new-born animals leading to their death shortly after birth [2].
