ABSTRACT. The efficacy of Malarone ® alone and in combination with doxycycline (DOXY) against Babesia gibsoni infections was examined in 8 dogs. In all dogs except one treated with Malarone®, parasitemia decreased, and anemia improved soon after initiation of treatment
