Delayed Symptomatic Thromboembolism After Unruptured Middle Cerebral Artery Aneurysm Embolization

Endovascular treatment has been increasingly performed for unruptured intra-cerebral aneurysms. However, thromboembolic complications, which develop mostly within 48 hours after the procedure, are the most common and major complications of endovascular treatment.
