A study was conducted on 24 postpartum anestrum buffalos at Buffalo research station, Venkatarammanagudem Andhra Pradesh. The order of estrous induction was 75, 50, and 100 percent in treatment with PGF2α, GnRH, ovsynch protocol. Group –I and group II treated animals exhibited estrous between 3-5days and 10-15 days and Artificial insemination was performed. Group III had fixed Artificial insemination without estrous detection. Conception rate in Group–I and group II and group III was 50%,75 % and 37.5%. Although group III animals showed 100 % induction rate their conception rate was lesser when compared to that of group II
