Indian women have started spreading their wings in various sectors and their roles are changing from a homemaker to a working professional. IT sector is a field where number of women employees has increased significantly in last few decades. But still the traditional role of women has not gone out of the mind of people and hence working women have to struggle and juggle between their multiple roles everyday. Especially at middle management level, women have to struggle more at work as here they deal with lower management as well as top management which needs them to be more energetic, efficient and effective.
