This study examines the relationship between the job satisfaction factors ( working conditions, reward and incentives, supervison, job security, fairness and equity and employee’s expectations) and employees ’ productivity at Al-Hassa Labor Office, in the western area, KSA. A sample of 70 respondents comprising 34(48.6%) with secondary school certificates, 27(38.6%) with bachelor degrees and 9 (12.9%) with other certificates using a simple random sampling method is used in this study. The study was guided by 33 questions which designed to cover the main indicators of the relationship between job satisfaction factors and employees ’ productivity.
