Through the rapid expansion of information and communication technologies, social networking sites have received much more attention in the scope of internet communication. Success of a social web primarily depends on users ’ satisfaction. In this context, this study aims to identify the influencing factors that affect users ’ satisfaction towards social networking site use. A multidimensional model has been proposed based on the Information Quality, System Quality, Environmental and Affective dimensions to assess the effects of key variables – Semantic Intention, Usability, Web-Page Aesthetics, Subjective Norm and Trust- on users ’ satisfaction.
