Letters to the Editor We appreciate comments and suggestions concerning the contents and appearance of NBC Report as well as observations related to NBC matters. We reserve the right to edit all letters and make final determination on publication. Letters should include your name, organization, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Article Submission We welcome articles from all DoD personnel involved with NBC matters. All articles are reviewed and must be approved by the NBC Report Editorial Board prior to publication.
