2.1 It is the responsibility of the Chair of the Board and Superintendent responsible for the Student Senate to administer this policy. 2.2 It is the responsibility of principals to implement this policy as it pertains to their schools. 2.3 It is the responsibility of the Board to establish a Student Senate. 2.4 It is the responsibility of the Upper Grand Student Senate to elect two student trustees annually. 2.5 It is the responsibility of the Board to appoint the two student trustees elected by the Upper Grand Student Senate to the Board annually
