ABSTRACT- Image processing is extensively used area for the research and this is used for various applications such as remote sensing image data, medical image and weather forecasting etc. In this we are mainly focusing on medical image data and to get enhance quality of medical image becomes very challenging task nowadays. The low contrast medical image is very critical to analyze and obtain false results from such image. A lot of techniques have been developed to improve the quality of image.
