Abstract-Since computer and internet technology continue to move forward, real-time online services are rising. This paper provides online service for emergency patient. The majority countries have implemented some form of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in order to serve people with critical medical needs. Since the number of ambulances is inadequate to a specific geographic region and emergency calls need to be responded to without delay, EMSs have to be thoroughly managed and coordinated, which is done by operators in special call centers.
