This study aims to examine and explain the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the business strategy and performance of SMIs, the effect of management capabilities to business strategy and performance of SMIs as well as the influence of environmental dynamics of the business strategy. The subjects were the business actors in the three districts which are located in Province of South Kalimantan: Banjarmasin City, Banjarbaru City and Martapura City that do business on Small and Medium Industries (SMIs)of Sasirangan.
