This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of discipline, work environment, organizational culture and competencies to employee performance through motivation, job satisfaction (Studies in Regional Development Planning Board Sukoharjo). The analysis technique used is using validity and reliability test, linearity test, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, test the coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results of Hypothesis testing are Discipline does not have significant effect on motivation. Work environment does not have significant effect on motivation. Cultural organizations do not have significant effect on motivation. Competence does not have significant effect on motivation. Discipline does not have significant effect on job satisfaction.
