Objective – The main purposes of this study is to examine the effect of organizational creative climate on the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) engineer’s work innovativeness. Work innovativeness is conceptualized as uni-dimensional construct, while organizational creative climate is theorized as multidimensional construct that consists of ten dimensions.
