(District) employees shall be able to enjoy a work environment free from all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is an unlawful employment practice under federal law, and it is a form of discrimination that is specifically prohibited by the Board. Any District employee who violates this policy will be subject to disciplinary actions. The Superintendent shall establish and maintain procedures as needed to meet these requirements and implement this policy
