Bishop Museum Press has been publishing scholarly books on the natu-ral and cultural history of Hawai‘i and the Pacific since 1892. The Bishop Museum Occasional Papers (ISSN 0893-1348) is a series of short papers describing original research in the natural and cultural sci-ences.
