Abstract- This paper presents a method focused on assessing the uniqueness of the DC solution of mos-transistor networks. The method is based on purely topological condi-tions of the network graph, and it is based on identifying positive feedback structures (PFSs) by resorting to the definitions given by Hasler. The topological conditions for the existence of PFSs at nullator & norator level are established.
