Abstract. Researches in crowd simulation tend to study systems which are more and more complex, large and realistic. Several models are using multi-agent based simulation in which agents are modeling pedestrians. In this case the system’s environment is a key concept which represents and manages the virtual world in which the agents are living. This pa-per proposes the definition of a multi-level environment model via As-pecs methodology. This proposed environmental model is illustrated by example on an airport case study. Keywords.
