Abstract: Quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy (QEPAS) and cavity-ehnanced spectroscopy are merged in a novel gas sensor. Thanks to the intracavity power build up, sensitivity is increased by more than a factor 100 with respect to standard QEPAS.
