In this paper I will present a game theoretic multi-agent system to simulate evolutionary processes responsible for the existence of pragmatic phenomena. Each agent behaves in a rational sense and can communicate with his direct neighbours. Doing so he can learn the behaviour of his participants by observation and these learnt data have an influence on his own communication behaviour. The complete system simulates an evolutionary process of communication strategies, which agents can learn in a structured society.
