Alumni and friends of IEM, As I write this message on the first day of Spring, we have much to look forward to as we build on the successes we have had in the past few months. I will outline just a few of those here. First, IEM’s position in the US News and World Reports Graduate program ranking improved from 42 in the past two years to 33 this year! This is a significant jump and we appear to be on track towards our goal of ranking in the top 20 by 2020. To celebrate accomplishments of our students, faculty, staff and alumni, we have a bell in the newly refurbished IEM lobby (see page 14).
