Abstract. In our paper we present a design of a Semantic Service Bus that will serve as the main integration component within the FP7 SPIKE project. We also make a short introduction to the SPIKE project and briefly show the added value it provides to cooperating businesses inte-grated into short-time alliances. The emphasis is put on explanation of technical architecture of software that is being developed. As the reader will see, employment of semantic technologies for cooperating web-services ensures a high level of interoperability
